• Have a minimum of 8 (preferable 10)  years industry experience
• Expert in OO development
• Expert in Java, and/or .NET, and/or C++
• Well-versed in one or more of the following: Enterprise development, Web technologies, Micro Device Development
• Low-maintenance engineer who can handle complicated problems, work with leading-edge technologies, provide accurate task estimates and not whine about stuff.
• Have a complete office setup for doing full  telecommute development, including high speed access.
• Can provide, on request, code samples and references that can attest to your brilliant work.
• Legally allowed to work in the US.
